As a prerequisite, you must have prior experience with Kundalini awakening sessions to prepare your system for this transformative process.

Anna Sohana emphasizes the importance of embodying Kundalini energy in your own system. True embodiment is essential for this training and for being a clear vessel for others. It is your responsibility to have prior experience with Kundalini awakening, and it is necessary to have attended several sessions before applying.
- Schedule: The training will run daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Evenings are free, but it is recommended that you avoid other commitments during this time to fully integrate the day’s work.
- Preparation: No specific preparation is required, but it is advised to be well-rested and relaxed before the training. Follow a light, plant-based diet, avoiding red meat, coffee, and processed foods in the days leading up to the event.
- What to Bring: A pen, notebook, water bottle, and optional white clothing for energy transmissions.
- Food: Begin the day with a light meal or juice. Bring snacks for after the morning session if necessary.
- Integration: The integration period after the training lasts about one month. You will have the opportunity to connect with Anna in a WhatsApp group, where you can share experiences, ask questions, and receive support.
IMPORTANT: This is not a Kundalini yoga session or a meditation practice. It is a life force energy awakening, during which you may experience strong emotional or physical releases, energetic shifts, or visual downloads. Get ready for a truly transformative journey.
